Billing Coordinator

Job Description The fashion division of a prominent talent agency is looking for a Billing Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume fashion talent business. This role is more billing-focused than collections and will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices for approximately seven talent managers, ensuring timely and accurate billing based on deal memos and job activity. The Billing Coordinator will work closely with agents, managers, artists, and finance teams to prioritize billing activity, audit job information, generate invoices, resolve discrepancies, assist with collections, support talent onboarding, and contribute to month-end accounting processes.
