Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations for patients, utilizing clinical assessment tools to determine appropriate interventions.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies and providing timely follow-up care as needed.

• Coordinating patient disposition to ensure individuals receive the appropriate level of mental health care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

• Completing and maintaining required statistical reports to monitor patient progress and program effectiveness.

• Facilitating communication with the Department of Correction to ensure equitable access to care, proper housing arrangements, and treatment planning.

• Leading group therapy sessions for clients with varying mental health needs, fostering a therapeutic environment focused on recovery.

• Participating in clinical supervision sessions weekly, facilitating personal and professional development.

Qualifications\n
