Schedule: Primarily onsite with some potential flexibility (TBD) Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 DOE Why is this a Great Opportunity? High-visibility accounting role with exposure to technical accounting, financial reporting, and lease accounting. Opportunity to own key accounting processes while partnering across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Asset Management. Collaborative, growth-oriented culture with strong long-term advancement opportunities. Excellent fit for someone looking to transition from public accounting into industry. Ideal Candidate 2–4 years of public accounting experience is the ideal profile. Lease accounting (ASC 842) experience is highly preferred. CPA or actively pursuing CPA is a major plus. Strong technical accounting foundation with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and journal entry experience. Advanced Excel skills. Professional, polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Own the monthly close process for lease-related accounting. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Manage lease accounting under ASC 842 , including modifications, reassessments, and terminations. Prepare financial analyses and variance explanations for leadership. Support annual audits and maintain strong internal controls. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Asset Management, and FP&A. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Mentor junior staff and contribute to special projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
