Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness methods, and other relevant techniques.

• Provide teletherapy options that accommodate clients who are unable to attend in-person appointments, thus increasing accessibility.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse population of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. By tailoring your therapeutic approach, you will support individuals in navigating their personal experiences and fostering resilience while achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and building rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective client management and adherence to scheduling commitments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client sessions and treatment plans.

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy sessions, adapting traditional therapeutic techniques for virtual engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
