Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ specific goals and needs, revisiting plans regularly to assess progress and adapt as necessary.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing modalities suited for individuals of all ages, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Conduct couples therapy to enhance communication skills and resolve conflicts, providing clients with strategies to improve their relational dynamics.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, incorporating treatment notes, assessments, and any modifications made to treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, coordinating treatment and sharing resources as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, being prepared to support clients in moments of acute distress through compassionate, immediate action.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in marriage and family therapy, engaging in professional development opportunities, training sessions, and workshops.

• Adhere to the highest ethical standards in therapy practice, maintaining client confidentiality and complying with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals including teens, adults, and couples experiencing various mental health concerns. You will focus on issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma, employing tailored therapeutic techniques that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is a must.
\n
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to foster a strong therapeutic rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing individual therapy and couples therapy is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
