Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments during initial therapy sessions to understand the unique dynamics and needs of clients.

• Crafting individualized treatment plans that are aligned with the goals identified during assessments.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Employing therapeutic techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.

• Documenting each session accurately and in a timely manner in our EHR, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating ongoing treatment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
