Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, building rapport and providing insights tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs through intake evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and systemic approaches, to empower clients to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, participating in case consultations and contributing to a risk-management framework that promotes client safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as communication issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
