This full-time, remote position empowers you to work from anywhere, provided you have a reliable internet connection, a laptop or desktop computer, and a web camera. Key Responsibilities\n

• Focus on providing high-quality counseling services while we manage the business operations.

• Utilize our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement treatment programs designed to address mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnosis.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations, including insurance and Medicaid/Medicare requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling sessions will primarily focus on individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and dual diagnoses. You will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and recovery among underserved populations within our community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting or other clinical environments.

• Proficient in using technology, including telehealth applications and electronic health record systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule that may require some evenings and weekends.

• Completion of a background check prior to starting the role.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with diverse populations, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is valuable and can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible to receive a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing you to manage your health and wellness effectively. As an added perk, you have the opportunity to use the platform’s counseling services free of charge as long as you remain an active counselor.
