Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Assess crisis situations through urgent evaluation of client needs, offering immediate support and guiding them towards appropriate care and resources.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic models including behavior modification, brief therapy techniques, and comprehensive treatment planning during counseling sessions.

• Oversee and provide clinical supervision to mental health workers and therapy assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic support.

• Forge collaborative relationships with other mental health professionals and community organizations to develop comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Conduct training sessions on relevant clinical topics and procedures for fellow team members, enhancing community-wide understanding of mental health issues.

• Perform initial intake sessions by completing an Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions in adherence to DSM V standards.

• Confidently manage a sizable caseload, utilizing electronic medical records systems effectively to document client interactions and treatment progress.

• Work closely with clients experiencing complex and co-occurring diagnoses to develop personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 50,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
