Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations through virtual or telephone assessments to understand client's mental health histories, needs, and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions and participate in professional development workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards while maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions within our secure systems.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples seeking to improve their relationships, and families navigating complexities together. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• An active, independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in providing therapy and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in virtual settings, to effectively engage with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
