Key Responsibilities\n

• Focus entirely on delivering exceptional therapy by leveraging our managed business operations.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to ensure compliance for all forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Engage with clients through a HIPAA-compliant platform to provide telehealth counseling sessions.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, identifying client issues and collaboratively developing effective solutions.

• Implement treatment programs aimed at managing symptoms associated with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Maintain client safety and confidentiality at all times, adhering to ethical practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients who seek support for various mental health issues. Our patient population includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Strong ability to work independently while managing a flexible workload.

• Access to a reliable computer with internet connectivity and a webcam for teletherapy.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
