Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional status, and psychosocial functioning.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, preferences, and feedback.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress consistently, utilizing tracking tools and modifying treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies, developing strategies to stabilize clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and referrals.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health treatment and continuously update skills through regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensing requirements, championing best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hopeful Minds Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients. This includes adolescents, adults, families, and vulnerable populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will directly contribute to empowering individuals to navigate their unique circumstances menacingly and with resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and an ability to formulate treatment plans effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
