Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and implement evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to individuals, families, and groups, with an emphasis on integrating therapeutic interventions in various settings.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by assessing the urgency of client needs, providing immediate care, and coordinating appropriate services for ongoing support.
\n
• Provide training sessions and educational workshops on clinical topics to team members and community stakeholders as necessary.
\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments of initial client treatment needs to establish accurate diagnoses, including detailed intake sessions and Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.
\n
• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) to formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
\n
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with standard practice guidelines, ensuring clients receive therapeutic counseling and educational support.
\n
• Apply various therapeutic treatment methodologies, including behavior modification techniques, brief therapy strategies, and cognitive-behavioral practices, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a collaborative and educational environment within the team.

• Collaborate with other community professionals to develop cross-system treatment plans that enhance the holistic care of individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including mothers, youth, and individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds who may face additional challenges related to mental health and access to resources. The focus will be on offering compassionate support and effective treatment strategies aimed at addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Possession of an independent license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in accordance with U.S. regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to expertly manage a substantial caseload while effectively interfacing with diverse healthcare providers and support personnel.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems, email communication, and general computer applications is essential for efficient practice.

• In-depth understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders to better serve our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
