Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs, followed by individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and outline effective strategies to achieve them while adapting these plans based on client progress.

• Utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systems-based approaches, to assist clients in achieving positive outcomes.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment processes with fellow team members to ensure holistic care and to discuss client cases during regular staff meetings.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client session notes and progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.

We primarily serve individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges, including relationship conflicts, family dynamics, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
