Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to establish clinical diagnoses and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring a rapid and effective response to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and other educational avenues to remain current in best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This may encompass issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of related experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
