This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being integrated within our outpatient office environment when necessary. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while allowing some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to identify individual client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting approaches to fit the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing a platform for patients to share experiences and build community connections.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring immediate care and safeguarding client welfare.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and team cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
