This full-time position allows for flexibility and autonomy in your work, with a compensation range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions using video technology, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients.

• Apply solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique circumstances and mental health concerns of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating client feedback and progress evaluations.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth and healing.

• Monitor clients' progress over time, employing strategies to encourage healthy coping mechanisms and lifestyle adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns, allowing you to utilize your expertise in a meaningful way. Whether clients are facing anxiety, mild depression, or other emotional challenges, your role will be instrumental in helping them cultivate skills to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, state-issued license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional license and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in computer technology, including access to a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions, as well as a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing telehealth or remote counseling services.
