Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, employing standardized tools and methods, to evaluate the mental health and emotional status of clients.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of each client, continuously revising these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Monitor client progress through regular reviews and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure that interventions remain effective and relevant.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute stress or transitional challenges, demonstrating a commitment to their safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in strict accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, providing cohesive care and integrated treatment strategies for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with evolving practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
