Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a tailored approach that respects individual backgrounds and needs.

• Provide expert individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based intervention strategies to meet diverse patient needs.

• Manage billing, documentation, and insurance authorization processes effectively, completing all required individualized treatment plans and paperwork within specified timeframes.

• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and relapse prevention plans, as well as wellness plans aimed at fostering stable mental health for your clients.

• Create appropriate discharge plans that support a smooth transition as patients reach their therapy goals.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and center policies to ensure compliant, ethical practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and education to stay at the forefront of mental health practices.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate actively in agency meetings to collaborate on best practices and learnings.

• Complete all assigned licensure and mandatory training on schedule.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from young adults to older populations, focusing on mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, working directly with clients to provide therapy and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
