Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical abilities and conditions to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic programs that address specific patient needs, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Provide skilled treatment to patients with diverse conditions, including orthopedic issues, neurological deficits, pediatric cases, and sports-related injuries.
• Foster strong patient relationships through regular check-ins and open communication, ensuring clarity and understanding of treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and streamline recovery processes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about injuries, rehabilitation processes, and techniques to maintain and enhance physical function post-treatment.
• Meet productivity goals while upholding quality standards, ensuring that all provided care is evidence-based.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on working with a diverse array of patients, including children with developmental disorders, individuals recovering from surgery, athletes with sport-related injuries, and adults managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.

• Valid CPR certification and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey medical concepts clearly to patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pediatric, orthopedic, or neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, based on experience and professional credentials.
