Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service. Train and coach team members to ensure quality and efficiency in their roles. Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Uphold Chick‑fil‑A’s hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team‑oriented culture. Ensure team members follow all Chick‑fil‑A policies and procedures. Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset. Support management with inventory control, food safety checks, and shift planning. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous leadership experience preferred but not required. Consistency and reliability in performance and attendance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
