Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible scheduling as you will work remotely to optimize your interactions in a school environment. You will engage with students, families, and educational staff to ensure that mental health support is seamlessly integrated into the students' academic and personal lives. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our clients, allowing you to maximize your impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, resources, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific goals and include tailored interventions to monitor client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to develop comprehensive and coordinated treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring safety and offering adequate safety planning as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, complying with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance community support.

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-age children and adolescents, addressing their unique mental health needs within the educational environment. You will contribute to developing resilience and coping strategies in youth facing challenges such as bullying, academic stress, family dynamics, and mental health disorders. Engaging with caregivers and school staff is essential in this role to create a supportive network around each child.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably involving school or community-based services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
