This position is fully remote, allowing LPCs the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team of mental health professionals. Our full-time schedule typically runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, providing a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress regularly to ensure treatment efficacy, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and support strategies to assist clients in immediate distress or mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and learning.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and policies of Riverbend Psychotherapy Services.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and address all aspects of a client’s well-being.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Riverbend, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
