This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still providing comprehensive mental health services from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique challenges and needs, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring each session supports clients’ personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress through regular assessments and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards set by state and federal guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with clinical practices and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT with Archway, you will work with a diverse clientele, including both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will have the flexibility to focus on individual, couples, and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Your efforts will directly impact clients’ ability to cope with mental health challenges, improve their relationships, and achieve a greater quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
\n
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques specific to family and marriage counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to both adults and children/adolescents is preferred.

• Background in utilizing therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Play Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability in managing complex cases and applying clinical judgment effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
