Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Maintain clear and open communication with supervisors, team members, family members, and guardians regarding the progress and care of each individual.
\n
• Provide a tentative schedule for appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors, ensuring effective monitoring of client progress.
\n
• Coordinate necessary home visits, chart reviews, and staff interviews to gather essential data for evaluations and ongoing care.
\n
• Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring services are delivered effectively and with the utmost care.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches for complex cases.
\n
• Document and complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to track changes and outcomes for each client.
\n
• Organize training sessions to ensure all staff are proficient in program implementations and proper documentation methods.
\n
• Facilitate follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support that assists clients in achieving their treatment goals.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure accessible information for authorized parties and to support compliance with regulatory standards.

• Act as a liaison between the mental health community and the public to foster collaborative and supportive relationships toward development goals.

• Contribute to the creation of training materials aimed at enhancing programming for clients.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health profession.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
