Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detail-oriented intake assessments for new clients, gathering comprehensive information to understand their mental health needs and backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, incorporating scientifically validated therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care and provide holistic support for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, enabling efficient documentation and communication regarding client progress.

• Experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling setting is beneficial, allowing seamless transitions between in-person and virtual care.

• Proficiency in using modern therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
