Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 academic year as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a dynamic educational environment near McKinney, TX. This full-time onsite role offers the chance to work closely with a caseload of approximately 40 young learners, delivering essential speech and language services that make a meaningful difference in their daily school experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience, with a focus on elementary-aged students, highly valued
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and providing both direct and consultative support
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to full-time hours (40 per week); part-time candidates will not be considered
• Reliable transportation to ensure onsite presence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy for elementary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Work directly with special education staff, classroom teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports according to school and district standards
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative educational approach
