Step into a rewarding contract role as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year, working with elementary-aged students in a dynamic school-based environment near Frisco, TX. In this full-time position, your expertise will directly support a caseload of approximately 40 students requiring speech and language services. The assignment takes place at the elementary level, offering a consistent and collaborative environment—perfect for professionals who thrive in educational settings.

You’ll work closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, administrators, and families to deliver high-quality evaluations, develop and monitor IEP goals, and provide both direct and consultative support for student success. This onsite role requires dedication to a 40-hour workweek, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in school settings and with elementary age groups strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and delivery of speech services
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and support students’ speech and language needs
• Create and implement data-driven therapeutic interventions
• Develop and document IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate progress with families and staff
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and reports
