Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed review of medical history and physical assessments, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings to patients and their families, incorporating them actively into the goal-setting process.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on each patient's specific needs and response to therapy, ensuring effectiveness and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to modify treatment plans in response to any changes in patient conditions, advocating for necessary medical and rehabilitative consultations.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while providing clear, detailed records of therapy sessions, goals, and outcomes.
