Deputy Chief Compliance Officer

A leading alternative asset manager is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to support and help execute the firm's global compliance program. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, this individual will be a hands-on compliance leader responsible for regulatory filings, compliance testing, SEC examination support, and advisory work across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and review regulatory filings and disclosures for BDCs and/or registered investment companies. Serve as a subject matter expert on the Investment Company Act of 1940. Conduct compliance reviews, testing, and annual compliance program assessments. Review marketing materials, investor communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance. Support SEC examinations and regulatory inquiries. Partner with investment, legal, operations, and investor relations teams on compliance matters. Assist with board reporting, compliance training, and policy administration. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 10 years of compliance experience within an SEC-registered investment adviser, mutual fund complex, BDC platform, or alternative asset manager. Direct and significant experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("40 Act") is required. Experience preparing and managing BDC and/or registered fund regulatory filings. SEC examination experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
