Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical health levels and capabilities, utilizing advanced evaluation techniques to identify individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate both traditional and innovative therapeutic modalities to enhance mobility and functional performance.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, to deliver individualized patient care.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, self-management strategies, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards while contributing to our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
