Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work in a clean and safe environment equipped with advanced rehabilitation equipment and modalities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and disability needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, tailoring interventions to optimize recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to encourage adherence and active participation in their rehabilitation.
• Accurately document all patient assessments, treatments, and progress, adhering to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information while promoting adherence to policies and procedures related to patient rights.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, in-services, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and clinic protocols.

Qualifications
