Work Environment

You will be working in a friendly and collaborative onsite environment where teamwork and communication are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and physical needs.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver effective treatment modalities that promote healing and recovery.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care tailored to their specific rehabilitation journey.
• Employ evidence-based practices and cost-effective methodologies to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Develop and implement customized fitness and wellness programs that focus on preventative care and long-term health benefits.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, providing encouragement and support to help them overcome physical challenges.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver holistic care.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
• Strong commitment to staying current with the latest physical therapy research and methodologies to continuously enhance practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic care.
• Demonstrated track record of successful patient outcomes through individualized therapy interventions.
• Experience working with sports medicine or rehabilitative care will be considered a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
