Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at One Mind Therapy Center, you will be responsible for:

• Employing various mental health therapy techniques to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to develop insightful discharge plans tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in line with the personalized treatment plans established for each client.
\n
• Creating initial treatment plans based on assessments, while coordinating necessary services and revising plans as needed.
\n
• Documenting therapy services meticulously in accordance with facility and professional standards, maintaining transparency and accountability.
\n
• Managing an assigned caseload, ensuring each patient's needs are met while providing exceptional service.
\n
• Attending treatment team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and maximize the therapeutic benefits for patients.

• Upholding a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
\n
• Addressing and resolving any patient complaints with sensitivity and urgency, prioritizing overall patient safety.

• Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the agency's mission and goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid state or national licensure as a mental health provider, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly with both adults and children across the lifespan.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth settings or those familiar with evidence-based practices are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
