Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify their unique mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Implement treatment plans that reflect measurable goals, interventions, and regular progress evaluations.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, including safety planning and risk assessments to effectively manage urgent mental health issues.

• Advocate for students' rights and connect them with relevant community resources, providing ongoing case management support.

• Participate in community outreach to raise awareness about mental health resources and destigmatize mental health challenges.

• Document all client interactions and care plans in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will focus on a diverse student population, ranging from elementary to high school age, who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will significantly contribute to the emotional and academic success of these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
