Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $300,000 $350,000 annually

What You ll Do

• Provide direct inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Manage a wide array of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with specialists, primary care providers, nurses, and other team members
• Order, interpret, and respond to lab tests, imaging, and diagnostics
• Document thoroughly in the EMR
• Respond to emergencies, including codes and rapid responses
• Manage ventilators and other critical care equipment
• Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA license
• 1+ years of hospital-based inpatient care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
