Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care by conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clients' functional mobility and quality of life.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA confidentiality guidelines and Medicare billing regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and billing procedures to ensure seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Engage in regular communication with clients and their families, offering education about therapeutic techniques and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, contributing your expertise to collective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on serving adults and pediatric patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Our patient population also includes individuals seeking rehabilitation following stroke, trauma, or orthopedic surgeries. You will be expected to tailor your approach to meet the varying needs of both age groups and diverse diagnoses, emphasizing functional independence and improved life quality.

Qualifications

• A valid Florida Physical Therapy License is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is essential; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in PT are preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques, complemented by a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to effectively work with pediatric patients and adapt treatment modalities to their unique needs.

Preferred Experience

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
