Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities using standardized evaluation tools.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, rehabilitation goals, and preferences of each patient.
• Provide hands-on therapy involving advanced techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities tailored to improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention and lifestyle enhancement.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHR), adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes effectively.
• Stay updated on best practices and recent advancements in physical therapy to enhance the therapeutic services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• At least three years of experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment and treatment modalities.
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to evaluate and apply various physical therapy techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
