Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' individual challenges and requirements for rehabilitation.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and best practice guidelines.
• Administer a diverse range of therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify workout regimens and therapeutic strategies as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Educate patients about their conditions and engage them in setting realistic goals for recovery, ensuring they remain motivated and focused throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to address specific physical limitations effectively and promote healing.
• Foster effective communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights towards improving clinic protocols and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients are diverse, ranging from individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries to those with chronic pain or mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions noted.
• Strong knowledge of physical rehabilitation best practices, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for documenting services provided.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient physical therapy clinic.

• Previous experience using evidence-based practices and evaluating patient outcomes effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
