Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring comprehensive assessment of needs and capability.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and procedures to enhance functional abilities and promote healing, always in line with the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain an up-to-date treatment approach by integrating the latest research findings into clinical practice.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage effectively with patients to foster strong therapeutic relationships that encourage motivation and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Kinetics Manual Physical Therapy, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric cases, and sports-related rehabilitations. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer literacy.

Compensation and Benefits
