Director of Finance And Accounting

Responsibilities Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, and compliance functions Serve as strategic partner to CEO/Ownership on growth, capital allocation, and long-term planning Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for capital equipment projects Drive margin improvement and cost control initiatives Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Implement and optimize ERP and financial reporting systems Lead audit, tax, and regulatory compliance Build and develop internal finance team Support potential M&A, capital investments, or financing initiatives Ideal Background 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of project-based accounting and capital equipment revenue cycles Experience in privately held, owner-led, or PE-backed companies preferred Proven experience improving financial controls and reporting structure ERP implementation or optimization experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Xecutive Recruitment Inc.
