This position is structured to be fully remote through our established telehealth platform, allowing you to provide critical mental health support from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants while addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and progress to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing effective strategies to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.

• Educate patients about their conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards, utilizing EHR systems for efficient record-keeping.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues. You will work primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance dependencies. The role is designed for therapists who are adaptable to different therapeutic contexts, understanding that each patient requires personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop effective treatment strategies, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
