Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to determine their therapeutic needs.
\n
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address various issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, grief counseling, and adjustment to life changes.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples as well as individual members of a family to promote healing and effective communication.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to guide clients through their challenges, encompassing family dynamics, job-related stress, and blended family issues.
\n
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and treatment processes accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other health professionals to provide integrated care for clients when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population in our community health clinic setting, addressing a variety of challenges, including:

• Alcohol and substance use disorders.

• Physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Grief and loss issues.

• Family conflict resolution, including sibling rivalry and cutoff relationships.

• Support through job stress and medical challenges.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon.

• Strong understanding of family systems, mental health disorders, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We provide competitive earnings in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we offer:
