Accounts Receivable Specialist

Randstad is currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is located in the East End of Louisville. Position is hybrid, working from home 2 days a week. Position is temporary to hire. Pay is between $20-$23/hour. You will manage incoming chargebacks using our billing software, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Your responsibilities will also include financial verification, cash application, accounts receivable tasks, and month-end closing procedures. Qualifications Two years of billing and invoicing experience Accounting experience including chargebacks Two years of experience providing customer service ERP/billing software and Microsoft Office experience High School diploma or GED Responsibilities Processing Chargebacks Accurately manages invoicing and finance management for the customer. Contributes to cash applications and processing as well as cash collection on behalf of clientele Supplies aging reports as needed for customers Reviews credit management reporting Validates contract pricing and units of measure updates Maintain records of routine accounting transactions Maintains current contact documentation within CRM related to customer account Answers and resolves customer inquiries Establishes and maintains customer relationships with knowledge of order processing and conflict resolution Skills Basic Accounts Receivable Contract Administration Contract Review Chargebacks/RMA Written Communication Basic Software Skills Excel Operations Accounts Receivable Collections CRM Credit Management Additional Information Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
