ABOUT Floor Coverings International:
Floor Coverings International of Ventura County is a locally operated flooring company dedicated to transforming homes and lives through inspired design and exceptional craftsmanship. We bring the mobile showroom directly to our customers, creating a convenient, personalized, and high-touch experience from start to finish.

You'll drive our mobile showroom and walk into every appointment backed by a name the community already trusts. We provide a steady stream of leads to get you started, but our top earners don't stop there — they build their own network on top of it, connecting with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to keep referrals flowing. Self-generated leads earn you an additional commission percentage, so the more you grow your own network, the more it pays off.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
• Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
• Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
• Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
• Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
• Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• 45%+ close rate on appointments
• Consistent 5-star customer reviews
• Strong referral and repeat business pipeline
• Profitable projects and happy customers

WHO YOU ARE:

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Flooring or construction knowledge is a plus 
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and using technology
• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base pay + uncapped commission (6-figure potential)
• Additional commission percentage on self-generated leads and referrals
