Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and psychological testing, when necessary, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the specific goals of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, implementing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment progress and outcomes effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to offer comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, educating clients and their families about available mental health resources, treatment options, and advocacy strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and case consultations to stay current with evolving mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
