Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health status, determining the appropriate course of treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and evidence-based methodologies.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that focus on critical recovery skills, as well as facilitate group therapy to foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure all aspects of client care are integrated and coordinated.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, recovery processes, and available resources, actively involving them in the treatment process.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and those experiencing significant mental health challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive hands-on experience.
