Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, particularly focusing on mood disorders, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and coping strategies, promoting self-care practices that enhance their well-being.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
