Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Inside Minds Therapy Center, you will primarily work with adult clients who exhibit low acuity mental health needs. Our carefully curated client base consists of stable adults who are seeking support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, among others. You will be playing a key role in making mental health care accessible to those who may not have regular access to in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C).

Additionally, successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong capacity for empathy, and proficient computer literacy to navigate our therapeutic platform effectively.

Inside Minds Therapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with your hours worked and level of experience. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and wellness needs.
