Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients via secure video conferencing or, when necessary, in-person sessions at our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients by utilizing professional judgment and critical thinking to guide care and interventions.

• Provide crisis management and intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support for high-risk clients.
\n
• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for client management, ensuring accurate documentation and coordinated care.
\n
• Employ a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy based on clients' preferences.

• Monitor client progress through evidence-based approaches and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain a warm, non-judgmental environment, encouraging open communication and the establishment of trust with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our commitment to diverse mental health care, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide array of client demographics, addressing various mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health counselor in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with a range of mental health conditions, demonstrating strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third-party background check.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client interactions.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting with changing client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with a wide variety of psychotherapy modalities and mental health diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
